General questions:

Do you provide services in my area?

Check out the service areas, or our Google Business Profile, or just call us.  Our travel distance scales with the size of jobs. 

Are estimates free?

Yes, in most cases.  Get it touch with us, and we'll go over it in more detail.

Do I need to be present for the estimate and/or work?

It's up to you in most cases, but usually not necessary for you to be there. We often offer insights during a property walkthrough you won’t get anytime else.

Do you offer any promotions or discounts?

Sometimes.  Watch our website or ask.

What is Jobber?

Jobber is a software that we use for job management.  When we send a quote or an invoice you can use the links to pay, accept, etc.  It's very intuitive, but if you are ever confused, just give us a call.

When will the work be scheduled?

It depends.  We prioritize work on a few levels.  Life and propery come first.  Some work requires seasonal timing that cannot be compromised. 1-4 weeks is pretty typical.

Do you accept credit card payments?

Yes, all our billing is completed through Jobber and includes options for credit card and ACH payments.
